Our Purpose
Our purpose can be summed up in three things: love God fully, love all of our fellow man as we love ourselves, and make disciples. Loving God helps us reflect His character. Loving people allows us to reflect His heart toward man. Making disciples transforms the world.

bible
We believe that the Bible is God’s inspired and authoritative word, given to us in order to build our faith for salvation and sanctification.

Life, Death, and Resurrection of Jesus
We believe that Jesus Christ was God’s only begotten son and as such was both fully man and fully God. He came and died for us all in order to reconcile the world with God. Jesus fulfilled the prophecies and rose from the dead on the third day.

(John 3:16-17)
Trinity
We believe that God is one, revealed to us in three reflections, God the Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit. We believe that God is the all-knowing, all-powerful creator of the Universe and that everything in it was made to bring Him glory.

(Genesis 1:1, Romans 1:20, Psalms 139:4, Psalms 19:1)
Holy Spirit
We believe that the Holy Spirit is our advocate. The Holy Spirit convicts us of our sin, draws us to the Father, and empowers us to live a life of holiness.
(John 14:26, John 16:7-15)
(John 14:26, John 16:7-15)
Sin, Judgement, and Grace
We believe that we were created to commune with God, but that our sin has separated us from Him. The price of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ. Jesus paid the penalty for our sins on the cross once and for all. This gift of grace is available to any who believe.

(Rom. 6:23, Eph. 2:8-9, Rom. 10:9)
Worship
We believe that God is Holy and worthy of all our love and adoration. Worship is more than the songs we sing to Him, it is a lifestyle of recognizing His goodness, practicing gratitude for all He has done, and resting in His great love for us.

(John 4:23, Psalm 95:1-6, Luke 4:8, Psalm 29:2)
Prayer
We believe that God designed us to have a relationship with Him. Prayer is how we communicate to Him and listen to His voice. We believe that in prayer God moves our hearts and through our prayers God’s hands move in this world.
(James 5:13-16, Mat. 6:9-13)
(James 5:13-16, Mat. 6:9-13)
Unity
We believe that all who have accepted the gift of salvation have been adopted as a child of God. Because of this, all believers are one family, a part of one body that we call the church. The world will know us by our love for one another. Although we may not always agree, we will always fight for unity in the body of Christ.

(1 Peter 3:8, 1 Cor. 1:10, Phil. 2:2)
Giving
We believe that giving is our privilege. We do not ask anyone to give out of guilt or compulsion, but understand that giving is required to put God first in our lives, obey His commandments, and honor that He first gave to us.
(Mat. 6:21, Lev. 27:30, 1 Cor. 16:2)
(Mat. 6:21, Lev. 27:30, 1 Cor. 16:2)
Marriage
We believe that marriage is a sacred covenant between a man and a woman, given to us by God to help us better understand His unconditional love. Marriage is our first ministry. It is a place to practice mutual service and submission to one another in order to example the love of Christ.
