Mission City Youth is the middle and high school community at Mission City Church. Our mission is Helping students find and follow Jesus. This simple but powerful statement shapes everything we do—from our weekly gatherings to our long-term discipleship strategy.

Our ministry is rooted in four core pillars that guide how we disciple students: Spiritual Formation, Community, Evangelism, and Service. These pillars are lived out through all that we do as a youth group, creating a unified, purpose-driven youth movement.

On Sunday mornings, students enjoy fun and games before breaking out into small group studies. We meet every Sunday except the 2nd Sunday of the month, where we have "Serve Sunday" - where students serve in different ministries of our church.

FAQ
Can any teen join Mission City Church’s youth ministry?
Of course! Every teen is welcome to join, whether they or their family attend Mission City Church or not.
How do I know my child is ready to participate in Mission City Youth?
Mission City Youth is for any teen in 6th – 12th grade and is for students in all stages of faith. Whether your student is new to faith or looking to grow deeper, we’re ready to meet them where they are.
Are there opportunities for my teen to serve and get involved?
Absolutely! We love seeing our youth serve on Sunday volunteer teams during the 9:00am service, during Serve Sunday (every 2nd Sunday during the 11am service), or on Wednesday nights with the production or worship teams for youth.
How do I get parent communication?
If your student checks in at youth and provides your email address it will automatically be added to the parent newsletter. Or you can email Youth@MissionCityChurch.com and say I would like to join the parent newsletter.
What should parents do on Wednesday nights during Youth?
We are so glad you asked! At the church, you can find adult bible studies that meet at the same time. We care about the growth of the whole family.
